Low Life Rich Kids formed during the production of a theatrical piece and consists of actresses Coco Brell and Mara Romei, and singer-songwriter and theater musician Bernhard Eder. After their debut single, "Angst" (Fear), not only resonated with audiences during Lucien Haug's production of "Über Nacht" (Overnight), but also climbed to the top of the FM4 charts, the trio knew: they had to form a band! Since then, Eder has produced a diverse range of tracks, encompassing everything from rock and pop to post-punk and avant-garde spoken word. Their EP, "LLRK," released in September 2024 on LasVegas Records, showcases their musical and lyrical versatility. Brell and Romei bring this to life not only with their complementary voices, but also captivate audiences with their vibrant stage presence, charm, and wit. Live, they are supported by Romy Jakovcic (Pauls Jets, among others) and drummer Alex Kerbl (Mothers Cake, Sharktank, among others), who also contributed to the album's production. While the energy heats up on stage, topics such as global warming, social injustice, and the pressure to constantly improve oneself are addressed and loudly criticized.
